Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team at the Timber Medford Facility. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for performing walk-through inspections, identifying and reporting problems, and repairing and troubleshooting mechanical equipment.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in millwright work, with knowledge of hydraulic circuits, task planning, machine center alignment, cutting and welding, bearings, pneumatic/lubrication analysis, and vibration analysis. A journeyman license holder is also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment
  • Using an arc welder, cutting torch, hand tool, forklift, welding truck, and other equipment as needed
  • Inspecting and testing equipment to ensure proper function
  • Reporting any problems or issues to management
  • Participating in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

We offer a competitive salary of $30-$31 per hour, as well as excellent benefits, including vacation time, health insurance, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions. Additionally, we provide educational support for employees who wish to obtain an electrician's license.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • At least two years of experience in millwright work
  • Knowledge of hydraulic circuits, task planning, machine center alignment, cutting and welding, bearings, pneumatic/lubrication analysis, and vibration analysis
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
