Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping materials
  • Manage inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies
  • Coordinate with purchasing and planning departments to resolve material issues and optimize supply chain processes
  • Lead a team of material handlers to achieve daily department goals and objectives
  • Implement and maintain 5S standards and lean principles to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a warehouse environment associated with a production facility
  • Proven knowledge and ability to promote teamwork and communication in a lead capacity
  • Inventory control experience and proficiency in MS Office products and ERP systems (SAP and Agile)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions from routine to complex
