Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately and efficiently move product and material throughout the distribution process.
  • Promote and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Provide suggestions and feedback on improving departmental processes, performance goals, and environment.
  • Operate various types of forklifts to move product through the distribution process, including unloading, put away, picking, and loading.
  • Prepare product for inbound receipt and/or shipment, including palletizing, re-palletizing, and carton labeling.
Requirements
  • Fulfill all essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
  • Understand verbal and written instructions and effectively communicate with the team.
  • Abide by all safety policies, procedures, rules, and guidelines to prevent and reduce exposure to accidents and injuries.
  • Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Work in a team environment, assisting in training and facilitating job duties for other team members.
