Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Stylist to join our team at Lane Bryant. As a Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and driving sales through effective selling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment through effective visual merchandising and floor sets
  • Drive sales through effective selling techniques and product knowledge
  • Support store operations and achieve sales goals
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Specialty selling/retail experience preferred
  • Technology proficiency
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Work Environment:

This role requires constant movement throughout the store to assist customers, retrieve merchandise, complete floor sets, and complete other tasks. You will frequently operate a computerized register system and adjust or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds. You may need to adjust or move objects weighing as much as 50 pounds with assistance. You will also interact with and assist coworkers and clients.
