We are currently seeking dedicated Patient Care Assistants to become part of our compassionate team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Patient Care Assistant, your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:

1. Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, meal service, feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning.
2. Completing all necessary charting and documentation for care provided during your shift.
3. Participating in team meetings and mandatory training sessions.
4. Adhering to all Local, State, and Federal Guidelines and Regulations in your duties.
5. Maintaining the confidentiality and dignity of our residents by complying with HIPAA Guidelines.
6. Performing additional tasks as assigned by nursing management.

Qualifications:
The ideal Patient Care Assistant will possess the following skills and attributes:

- Commitment to service excellence
- Positive and professional demeanor towards residents, families, and colleagues
- Valid Pennsylvania State CNA Certification
- Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory
