Automotive Inspector

We are seeking a skilled Certified Emissions Inspector/Auto Technician to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by performing state, smog, safety, and emissions inspections, as well as performing automotive preventive maintenance tasks.

• Perform state, smog, safety, and emissions inspections for our guests
• Perform automotive preventive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements
• Master products, services, and company knowledge to provide accurate and efficient service
• Maintain a clean and organized service center and ensure a safe working environment
• Evaluate customers' needs and work efficiently to meet their expectations

• Competitive weekly pay - $18.75/Hour + $2.00/hour premium pay
• Paid on-the-job training - No previous automotive experience is required

• Have a valid certification to perform automotive state, safety, emissions, and/or smog inspections
• Have a valid driver's license
• Be friendly and ready to work as part of a customer-focused team
• Have an eagerness to learn
• Be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Have full mobility and the ability to work with your hands above your head
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time and climb stairs
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
