We're seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team as a New Home Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new, high-quality, single-family homes in various communities across your territory.

Sales Requirements

">

To succeed in this role, you'll need at least one year of quota-bearing commission-based sales experience, preferably in B2B or B2C sales. Your exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills will enable you to effectively work with customers and close deals.

Key Qualifications

  • Active state real estate license or enrolled in a state real estate licensing course required.
  • One or more years of quota-bearing commission-based sales experience required.
  • One or more years of B2B or B2C sales experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required.
  • Ability to work weekends on a regular basis required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a team-centered environment required.
  • Formal sales training, B2B sales, broker, and leadership experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
