Noun Hotel Bartender

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Noun Hotel. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers promptly and professionally, take orders, and serve beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer, according to standard recipes and procedures.
• Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storage areas.
• Inventory Management: Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other bartenders, servers, and hotel staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

• Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Previous bartending, serving, and/or customer service experience required.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of wine and beverage brand selections, drink garnishes, prices, etc.

Physical Demands:

• Standing: Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
• Lifting: Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
