Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Membership Analyst to join our team at TechData Service Company LLC. This role is crucial for overseeing the evaluation of new customer setups and ensuring compliance with membership eligibility criteria.


Contract Details

Duration: 9 Months (Renewable)
Pay Rate: $40-$80/hr. (based on experience)
Location: Remote/Hybrid


Work Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with hybrid work options available.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough reviews of Direct and Indirect customer setups in the Revitas MODEL N FLEX system.
  • Ensure accurate classification of trade assignments for effective reporting and compliance with Government Pricing standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation for Class of Trade compliance.
  • Work closely with the Contracts, Pricing, and Rebates team to facilitate the implementation and management of contracts and rebates.
  • Provide analytical support on customer and trade classifications to assist in achieving sales objectives.
  • Engage with the Customer Administration Audit team to conduct audits and provide insights on wholesaler trends.
  • Support the group lead/manager with additional responsibilities and projects as needed.

Essential Skills
  • Proficient in Excel, including V-lookups and pivot tables.
  • Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.

Travel and Physical Requirements
  • Some travel may be necessary.
  • Work from the office 2-5 days per week, as per company policy.
