Responsibilities- Manage and prioritize a large caseload of foreclosure litigation cases
- Draft and review pleadings to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Attend hearings and status conferences to represent clients and negotiate with opposing counsel
- Interact with clients, opposing counsel, and our team members to provide creative solutions to complex problems and mitigate client risk
- Juris Doctorate and member in good standing of the NY Bar
- 5 years of experience in foreclosure litigation
- Diverse and minority candidates are encouraged to apply
