JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Trainee, you will play a vital role in providing essential care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting patients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.

Upon demonstrating your ability to fulfill the required duties, you will be enrolled in our CNA Training Program at the earliest opportunity.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support residents with daily living tasks
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and educators
  • Assist patients with mobility and transfers
  • Maintain physical stamina for active tasks; ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
  • Prepare residents' rooms with necessary items such as linens and medical supplies

REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • This is an entry-level position.
  • No prior experience is necessary due to our comprehensive training program.
  • Willingness to learn and apply new skills is essential.
  • Must demonstrate flexibility, punctuality, professionalism, and reliability.
  • Strong customer service skills and a compassionate demeanor are required.
