  • Tracking and managing multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Corresponding with clients and courts, maintaining open communication channels.
  • Assisting with hearing and trial preparation, providing critical support to the legal team.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of recent experience in complex bankruptcy matters – Chapters 7, 11, and 13 required, with a proven track record of success.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as law or business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.

What We Offer:

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $85,000-$130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
