Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinician to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. As a Licensed Clinician, you will be responsible for providing a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions to clients, working collaboratively with our team to provide comprehensive care.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality mental health services to clients, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
- Meet productivity and quality standards, including a minimum of 25 sessions per week
- Must be fully and independently licensed as a LCSW in Michigan
- Must be living in the state in which they will be practicing
