We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing management and oversight for the contract, as well as project management support. This includes developing work plans, reports, quality checks, and continuous improvement. The PM will oversee the deployment of all program criterion and interact with key stakeholders, including the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Technical Leadership, and Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall performance of the contract, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Lead software development efforts implementing AGILE methodologies and leveraging expert knowledge of cybersecurity and cloud technologies.
  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and track progress against established goals and objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables to ensure they meet expectations.
  • Provide strategic, technical, and analytical guidance to project teams, recommending solutions to complex problems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management or IT-related field or Master's degree in Business Administration.
  • At least 10 years of IT project management experience, with a minimum of 7 years utilizing Agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience working with HHS and/or AHRC, preferably in a project management capacity.
  • PMP/PMI certification and Scrum Master certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid relationship-building abilities.
  • Quality Certification (ITIL or other).
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
