Position Summary
Are you skilled in mechanical and electrical systems? Do you have a passion for delivering top-notch service to clients? We are seeking a knowledgeable refrigeration technician to enhance our reputation as the foremost provider of commercial food equipment services.
- Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a diverse range of commercial food equipment, including cooking appliances, food preparation tools, ware washers, weigh wrap machines, baking units, and refrigeration systems.
- You will operate independently, departing from your residence each morning to service customer locations with minimal supervision.
- Achieving or exceeding weekly productivity and customer satisfaction targets while maintaining a high standard of service will be essential.
- We are particularly interested in candidates with extensive experience in refrigeration, including self-contained units, remote systems, and ice machines.
Required Qualifications
What you should possess:
- A valid High School Diploma or GED along with 4-6 years of relevant mechanical/electrical experience.
- EPA Universal certification.
- Proven experience in refrigeration is mandatory.
- Refrigeration Certification or a related degree is preferred.
- Experience with cooking equipment is an advantage.
- A valid Driver's License and the ability to drive for extended periods are required.
- Availability for overtime and on-call duties as necessary.
- Willingness to participate in our comprehensive training program at our corporate headquarters.
