**Job Summary:**
Avanti Sl is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential community.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Thoroughly clean each resident apartment on a weekly schedule, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
- Clean other areas of the community as instructed and requested by supervisors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director or Supervisor.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Must demonstrate exceptional work ethics and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 pounds.
- Must be able to move quickly and safely around the facility, and assist residents and staff as needed.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English for safety and communication purposes.
- Must be able to work rotating shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
