Advanced Cardiology Care Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Cardiology Care Specialist to join our team at Integrity Healthcare. As a key member of our cardiovascular department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough medical histories, examinations, and diagnose acute and chronic illnesses
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests to inform treatment plans
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families
- Initiate referrals to specialist services as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve care delivery and services
- Ensure compliance with billing and coding requirements
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited APRN or PA program
- Valid and unrestricted Connecticut medical license or ability to obtain
- Valid DEA registration and Controlled Substance Certificate
- Minimum 1-year experience in Cardiology required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus incentive compensation based on productivity and quality measures
