Job Title: Behavior Therapist

Search Is Over LLC is seeking a dedicated Behavior Therapist to join our team in Essex County, MA.

As a Behavior Therapist, you will work closely with our clients and their families to develop and implement behavior intervention plans. You will provide direct therapy services and collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans based on individual client needs

Provide direct therapy services in various settings, including homes, schools, and community settings

Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment

Participate in team meetings and provide input on treatment plans and progress

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

Continuously seek professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in behavior therapy

Qualifications:

Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

High school diploma required

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations
