Job Summary

The starting rate for this position is: $27.50

Rate of pay displayed reflects the beginning of the pay scale. At the time of an offer, determination of your offer will reflect your skills and experience as it relates to the position.

Position Overview:

Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the Respiratory Care Practitioner is responsible for executing treatment, diagnostic, and monitoring procedures as specified in the Respiratory Care Department Procedure Manual in accordance with physicians' orders and department protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute treatment, diagnostic, and monitoring procedures as specified in the Respiratory Care Department Procedure Manual.
  • Implement physicians' orders and department protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of respiratory care procedures and protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Two Year College Degree
  • State of Maine Respiratory Care License
  • Licensed in the state of Maine as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Technician (CRT)
  • BLS & ACLS within 30 days of employment
