Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Job Opportunity

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in the Rehabilitation department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the organization's mission and goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing speech and language therapy services to patients in the Rehabilitation department
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Documenting patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in Rehabilitation
  • Current Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license within the state of practice
