Installation Superintendent

At Diversified, we're seeking an experienced Installation Superintendent to join our team. As a key field position, you'll be responsible for overseeing the installation of technology projects for our clients. Your expertise will ensure that our clients' systems are installed to the highest standards, meeting their specific needs and requirements.

• Coordinate with project management, field superintendents, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Interpret drawing packages to create the basis of finished systems, including rack and enclosure build-outs, panel terminations, device installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Mentor other technicians and set the example in all aspects of the job, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to company standards.
• Manage job schedules, hold technicians accountable for work completed, and maintain communication with regional supervisors on a weekly basis.
• Ensure compliance with DIV28 specifications for quality control and maintain accurate records of job progress and issues.

• 3+ years of related experience with admin capabilities to manage day-to-day project requirements.
• Knowledge of access control/CCTV systems, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with systems such as Genetec, Avigilon, Lenel, AMAG, S2, Honeywell, Software House, Bosch, and DMP.
• Ability to review and understand matrix, drawing, BOM list, SRD, and other project documents.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A competitive salary range of $39.50 - $60.40 per hour.
