Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide direct respiratory therapy care to our residents, working closely with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide respiratory therapy care to residents, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the respiratory needs of residents.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided.

Requirements

  • Must possess, as a minimum, a limited permit and be enrolled in a CRTT or RT NBRC approved program, or must be a Registered, Certified Respiratory Therapist.
  • High school graduate or G. E. D. equivalent.
