About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Family Therapist to join our team at Health Connect America in Harrisonburg, VA.

The successful candidate will work closely with children, adolescents, and their families, providing Family Centered Treatment (FCT) services in their living environments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering FCT services as per the service definition and model fidelity requirements.
  • Completing FCT certification within one year and participating in internal trainings and FCT Checkoffs.
  • Recording all required clinical records and FCT documents in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) timely and according to company standards.
  • Developing, maintaining, and implementing Service Plans in coordination with the Treatment Team.

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on experience.
