Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruiting process for open positions in the territory.
  • Manage the open position pipeline to minimize vacancies.
  • Identify key growth opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Focus on high-potential advisors and develop personalized growth plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institution executives and decision-makers.
  • Develop and implement processes for consistent communication with financial institution partners.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure sales supervision activities are met.
  • Deliver regular management reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in the financial institutions industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses.
  • Ability to travel approximately once a month.
Preferred Requirements:
  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses.
