About the Role:

We are seeking a Restaurant Crew Member to join our team at Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and friendly service to customers, taking orders and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, adhering to food safety and quality standards.
  • Process payments accurately and make change as needed.
  • Prepare customer orders, using various methods and technologies to ensure proper food safety conditions.
  • Perform additional duties as required, including cross-training in other departments.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
