Draft Beer Quality Specialist

Job DescriptionAs a Draft Beer Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring local bars and restaurants serve the highest quality pints of draft beer. Your typical day will involve visiting various customer locations to clean and maintain their draft beer systems, building relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders to ensure proper servicing and great beer quality.
You will work full-time hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with some flexibility in start and end times based on assigned routes and needs. No nights, early mornings, or weekends are required, although regular overtime opportunities may arise.
Responsibilities and Qualifications- Clean and maintain draft beer systems in local bars and restaurants
- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH MANAGERS, OWNERS, AND BARTENDERS TO ENSURE PROPER SERVICING AND GREAT BEER QUALITY
- Demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, mechanical skills, high integrity, self-motivation, and willingness to provide excellent quality of work and customer service
- Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Starting pay rate of $20.00/hour during a 2-week training period, followed by a post-training rate of $3.50 per beer line cleaned
- Average full-time employee cleans 350-450 beer lines per two-week pay period
- Enrollment in our "Stop the Slip" safety program, providing non-slip shoes
- Eligibility for health, dental, and vision coverage after a 60-day waiting period
