Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Urology Physician to provide high-quality patient care in general urology and male sexual health. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Treat acute and chronic illnesses associated with general urology and male sexual health.
  • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
  • Perform surgical procedures needed to diagnose and treat urological disorders.
  • Collaborate with management, other physicians, and staff to improve care delivery and service.
  • Work with practice management to ensure compliance with billing and coding requirements.
  • Expand clinical capabilities of the practice and market the practice with hospital and practice leadership.
  • Provide on-call coverage for Urology, with a call rotation of 1 in 3.
Education/Licensing Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited medical school (MD or DO).
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
  • Valid and unrestricted Connecticut medical license or ability to obtain.
  • Valid DEA registration and Controlled Substance Certificate.
  • Training on minimally invasive robotic surgery is strongly preferred.
