Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our clinic team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a physician or registered nurse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various lab procedures and assist with patient care duties, including vital sign collection, weighing patients, and collecting specimens.
  • Assist providers with examination and treatment of patients, as well as with procedures and patient flow through the clinic.
  • Answer phone calls, record messages, and assist with patient-related calls.
  • Document patient information and assist with scheduling test appointments, results, and pre-certification.
  • Administer medications and immunizations according to provider orders.
  • Clean and restock exam rooms, and maintain sterile technique and universal protocol.
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including chart location, filing, and form completion.
  • Attend required meetings and in-service training, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • CERT
  • LVN License in state of employment or compact
  • BLS

Work Type:

Per Diem As Needed
