IT Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our team at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center Healthcare. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects that meet the needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage IT projects from planning to implementation, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical, and administrative staff, to ensure that projects meet the needs of all stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and senior management.
- Ensure that all projects are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives and goals.
- 4+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of IT project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and manage teams, including project managers, technical staff, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- PMP certification.
- Experience with IT project management tools, such as Asana, Jira, or MS Project.
- Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and technologies.
We offer a competitive salary range of $64,551.75 - $109,737.97, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
