Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Bartender to deliver exceptional hospitality to our guests. The Bartender will create memorable experiences through genuine connections and engaging service from the moment guests arrive until their departure. This role requires a keen understanding of guest needs while preparing beverages efficiently and accurately.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Welcoming guests as they arrive or move around the bar area.
  • Ensuring the bar is properly set up and stocked daily.
  • Guiding guests through their beverage selections with descriptive menu knowledge.
  • Accurately taking orders and confirming special requests.
  • Mastering the bar environment to enhance guest interactions.
  • Collaborating with restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff.
  • Addressing guest concerns and guiding them to satisfactory resolutions.
  • Presenting bills in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Managing the requisitioning and stocking of all beverages.
  • Maintaining the quality of fresh garnishes, juices, and perishables.
  • Mixing, garnishing, and presenting drinks according to standard recipes.
  • Processing orders at the point of sale and creating checks for guests.
  • Securing all beverages, food, and equipment items at the end of the shift.
