Essential Qualifications:
  • Experience in Oncology, Chemotherapy, and ambulatory triage
  • Two years of clinical experience within the last 3 years
  • Experience in an Academic Level setting
  • Background in a Trauma center or similar facility
  • Completion of a traveler assignment (13 weeks) is highly preferred
  • Two professional references from recent supervisors or managers
  • Willingness to float to various units as required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (.docx, .xlsx, .pptx)

Job Overview:

  • Engage as a collaborative member of the inter-professional team to deliver therapeutic, patient-centered care for individuals and their families.
  • Gather and evaluate data pertinent to patient health to formulate, implement, and assess the care plan.
  • Apply evidence-based methodologies to inform clinical decisions and enhance individual and community health outcomes.
  • Set objectives and strategies to address care coordination, discharge planning, and ongoing care requirements in partnership with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
