About the Role: In this rewarding position, you will be responsible for examining patient's medical history, conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess their skills in speech, language, voice, cognition, and swallowing. You will work closely with our team to develop personalized plans of care that provide goal-directed outcomes for our patients. Additionally, you will provide education to patients, families, and peers on rehabilitation processes and alternative treatment methods. Your expertise will also include providing documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, daily visits, and progress. You will assist speech interns and provide in-service training to ensure the highest level of care is maintained within our facility.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution and hold the CCC-SLP certification. A minimum of two years of experience in adult care is preferred, with a focus on Modified Barium Swallow exams and Video Fluoroscopic Swallowing Exams.
Compensation Package: Our competitive compensation package includes an estimated salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience.
