Counselor III

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Counselor III to join our team at Lakeview Center. As a Counselor III, you will be responsible for providing advanced therapeutic services to clients with mental health, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized, integrated mental health, substance abuse, and co-occurring services to meet the needs of individuals served and their families.
- Assess, treat, and manage client risk and safety.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide consultation and mentorship to Bachelor's Level Direct Care employees and Behavioral Technicians.
- Ensure services are provided and documented in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as LCI and division standards.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, rehabilitation, or a related human services field.
- Active Florida license as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT.
- At least two (2) years' experience working with adults who have mental health, substance abuse, and/or co-occurring disorders or developmental disabilities.
- Valid driver's license from the state in which you reside, a good driving record, and be insurable under the corporate policy.
