Job Title: Covert Security Specialist

Join PFCGOC as a Covert Security Specialist and be part of a specialized physical security program. As a member of our team, you will conduct covert operations to positively identify, track, document, and escalate suspicious or concerning activities at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform discreet observation and covert operations to support site and personnel protection.
  • Proactively assess and detect potential threats while remaining undetected.
  • Document incidents via preferred client methods.
  • Active observation of client campuses utilizing various surveillance and detection methods.
  • Provide timely and appropriately channeled escalations.
  • Maintain suitable communication along with providing periodic reporting to supervisors.
  • Participate in initial and reoccurring covert operations training.
  • Demonstrate responsibility for all equipment used in support of covert operations.
Requirements:
  • Professional demeanor in appearance, interpersonal relations, work ethic, and attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Takes responsibility and ownership for assigned and self-initiated tasks.
  • Foundational understanding of corporate security and covert security operations.
  • Rapid and effective decision-making during unusual events or emergencies.
  • High levels of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Customer service focus.
  • Impeccable ability to maintain a professional relationship with the client.
