Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Production Support Analyst to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. This role will be responsible for providing critical support to our commercial real estate transactions team, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present investment sales, financing, and equity advisory packages to clients, including market research, financial modeling, and executive summaries.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models using Microsoft Excel and Argus Enterprise, and utilize market and JLL data to underwrite transactions.
  • Manage the due diligence process, working closely with producers, clients, and market teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of transactions.
  • Collaborate with producers to develop thoughtful strategies for clients' real estate portfolios, and provide recommendations for sale, financing, and equity alternatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to expand our services and deliver value-added solutions.
  • Participate in weekly office meetings to discuss deal flow, market conditions, and review new client leads.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in a financial analysis environment, with a focus on commercial real estate or a related field.
  • Intellectually curious, hardworking, and competitive, with a strong pride of ownership.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and strong time management skills to prioritize deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to interface with top-level executives.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information.
  • Ability to be an independent worker with a team player attitude.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
  • Advanced working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Argus experience strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Database experience a plus.

Estimated total compensation for this position: $50,000.00 USD per year
