Janitorial Specialist

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team at JanTech Building Services, Inc. in Beachwood, Ohio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bank branch, ensuring that it meets our high standards. The position requires working 4 nights a week, with shifts taking place after 5:30 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and after 7:30 pm on Fridays.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $27,328 based on a 40-hour workweek and $13.00 per hour.

Key responsibilities include cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, emptying waste baskets, re-stocking supplies, and performing other tasks as required. The ideal candidate will have excellent physical stamina and the ability to work independently.

The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring frequent standing, walking, and lifting of up to 50 pounds. The successful candidate must be able to bend, reach, and climb stairs.
