Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinician (Lpn/Rn) Urology/Full-Time to join our team at Christus Health. As a key member of our urology care team, you will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient wellness and chronic illness activities for the clinic's patient population.
  • Ensure safety, best practice, and high-quality standards of care are maintained across the continuum.
  • Act in a clinical leadership role, utilizing critical thinking and creative problem-solving to ensure positive outcomes in the delivery of clinical care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
  • Licensed by State of New Mexico as an RN.
  • BLSCertification issued through American Heart Association required, or within 2 weeks of hire date.
  • One year of experience working as a nurse in a clinical setting.
Working Conditions

This role requires working under stressful conditions and may involve irregular hours. Frequent exposure to bodily fluids, communicable diseases, and other conditions common to a clinic environment.
