Job Summary:

CHSPSC, LLC. is seeking an experienced Vascular Surgery Advanced Practice Provider to join our hospital-owned clinic in collaboration with a Vascular Surgeon. This role involves a mix of OR, inpatient, and outpatient services. The position is available due to the expansion of our practice and offers a chance to join a hospital-affiliated multi-specialty group with an employed position.

Tennova Healthcare - Clarksville is a 270-bed acute care hospital serving upper middle Tennessee and south central Kentucky. Our medical center and medical office building are located on 60-acres and are conveniently situated just off Interstate 24, approximately 40 minutes northwest of Nashville.
