Powder Coater Specialist

At Astec Industries, we are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our team in Parsons, KS. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for all aspects of powder coating industrial equipment and burners.

• Operate powder coating equipment and ovens to ensure high-quality finishes.
• Monitor work orders and maintain quality standards by following technical specifications.
• Clean, sand, and prepare equipment surfaces for spraying.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet Power Flame's guidelines.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 year of related experience.
• Detail-oriented with good workmanship and ability to follow direction with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally as a team.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience required.
