Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Painter to join our team at CarMax. As a key member of our vehicle preparation team, you will be responsible for ensuring our vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and appearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform paint retouching, post-paint finishing, waxing, and buffing to restore vehicles to their original condition
  • Carry out dent repair, masking, sanding, and grinding to ensure sound bodywork
  • Repair and replace small plastic and other parts to ensure everything about the vehicle is in good working order
  • Follow and promote CarMax's high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
Requirements
  • Experience in one or more of the following: masking, sanding, grinding, and applying paint
  • Manual dexterity and physical stamina, with the ability to lift heavy objects and walk/stand for extended periods
  • A strong customer focus and attention to detail
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
