Barista AO Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Barista AO to join our team at Beaumont Services Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes from a complex combination of ingredients, according to standardized recipes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Production of a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes from a complex combination of ingredients, according to standardized recipes.

2. Ability to learn and retain beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes.

3. Effective multitasking to perform a variety of duties/roles within the operation, including recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation responsibilities.

4. Operation and cleaning of specialized kitchen equipment, troubleshooting equipment issues, and resolving or referring to leadership.

5. Identification of ingredients/finished products that do not meet established quality standards and correction of issues immediately.

6. Maintenance of safety and sanitation standards of the work area.

7. Preparation for semi-annual health department and external regulatory inspections.

8. Creation of personalized experiences for customers while demonstrating knowledge of products and accuracy in fulfilling highly specific customer requests.

**Requirements:**

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education / Training: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively in English. Basic math and computer skills.

Work Experience: Previous food service and cash handling experience preferred.

Certification, Licensure, Registration: Successful completion of Barista training program within probationary period.
