We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Plainfield, IN. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unload, load, stage, and warehouse cartons, practicing safe and secure procedures and following proper material handling methods for maximum productivity.
  • Safely operate manual and mechanical equipment according to procedures.
  • Complete all documentation neatly and accurately and report any errors found to Department Supervisor.
  • Verify purchase order, location numbers, case pack quantities, and other information prior to receiving, picking, or loading merchandise.
  • Determine where pallets are to be placed in locations based on box size and product.
  • Practice safe and secure material handling methods and distribute merchandise properly in accordance with processing standards.
  • Perform spot checks of system to ensure merchandise is sorted properly.

Requirements:

  • Must achieve equipment operator certification on the job and operate as necessary for the position.
  • Must be willing to be trained and operate radio frequency (RF) scanning equipment as necessary for the position.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull, and lift cartons/bins weighing approximately 10-50 pounds repetitively.
  • Ability to keep pace with production standards.
  • Basic reading comprehension and numerical reasoning skills.
  • Manual dexterity.
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
