Responsibilities
- Monitor designated areas throughout the facility.
- Maintain necessary logs for record-keeping.
- Ensure secure access and egress to the venue.

- Patrol the premises, remaining vigilant to potential hazards that could result in injury, property damage, or theft.

- Safeguard the security of high-value cash operations.
- Exhibit a friendly, customer-focused demeanor at all times.

- Provide essential security coverage to protect the safety and assets of guests, staff, and the organization.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, along with previous security experience; or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Proficient in basic telephone and two-way radio communication, with strong writing abilities.
- Detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills, capable of thriving in a high-pressure environment.
- Position requires extensive standing and walking with minimal sitting.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Capability to push at least 100 pounds.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to wear a radio earpiece without any medical restrictions.

- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods, climb stairs, respond to emergencies, and fulfill the essential duties of the role.

- Bicycle officers must successfully complete the initial bike training and certification program.

- Bicycle officers must consistently meet all physical requirements, demonstrating the ability to effectively control a 10-speed bicycle by navigating curbs, maneuvering between vehicles, climbing steep inclines, and quickly mounting and dismounting the bicycle.

Work Environment
- May encounter casino-related environmental factors, including secondhand smoke and high noise levels.

- While performing job duties, employees frequently stand, walk, use their hands for various tasks, reach with their arms, and communicate verbally.

Specific vision capabilities required for this position include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

As part of the employment process at Seminole Gaming, final candidates will be required to obtain gaming licensure by completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations before an offer is made.
