Telemarketing Specialist

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join Alan Waggoner - State Farm Agent as a customer acquisition professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting State Farm insurance products and services through creative and strategic marketing efforts.

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
2. Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant client information.
3. Marketing and Campaigns: Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to promote State Farm insurance products and services.

• Previous sales or telemarketing experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills; proficiency in using CRM software.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products or a willingness to learn.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
