Key Responsibilities- Assist in providing direct patient care, including documentation and health teaching tailored to the specific needs of our patients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by participating in a team-centered approach to patient care.
- Collaborate with the physician and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care, including holistic care for patients and their families.
- Utilize knowledge of office policy and procedure to maintain accurate patient records, schedule appointments, and process billing and payments.
- Meet and greet patients, maintain office supplies, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one year of experience in direct patient care, preferably in a medical setting.
- Medical Assistant certification preferred, but not required.
- BLS certification required.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and independent decision-making skills.
