Role Summary

As a Lead Install Technician, you will play a pivotal role in managing the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring that all projects are executed with precision and meet our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage installation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed within the designated timeframe.
  • Identify and resolve any challenges that may arise during the installation process.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior technicians to enhance their skills.
  • Keep detailed records of project specifications and progress.
Essential Duties
  • Ensure installation projects are delivered on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Work closely with project managers and clients to clarify project needs.
  • Guide and instruct junior technicians on effective installation practices.
  • Address and troubleshoot any technical difficulties encountered during installations.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Demonstrated experience in the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
  • Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
Licensing Requirements
  • S-2 Unlimited Heating, Piping, and Cooling Journeyperson
  • S-10 Limited Heating Cooling Journeyperson
  • D-2 Limited Warm Air, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Journeyperson
  • D-4 Limited Cooling Journeyperson

Compensation: $35 - $45 per hour
