Job Summary:

Crumbl Cookies is a rapidly growing cookie bakery seeking a skilled and enthusiastic team member to join our crew. As a Cookie Baker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality cookies from scratch, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cookie Production: Measure and combine ingredients, operate commercial kitchen equipment, and decorate cookies to meet our high standards.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, and accept orders/payments in a friendly and professional manner.
• Store Maintenance: Clean and restock workstations, maintain inventory levels, and communicate with shift leads/key holders to ensure seamless operations.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Age: At least 16 years old
• Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Physical Demands: Comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting up to 55 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment
