Overview
Marriott International is the world's largest hotel company, with more brands and opportunities to grow and succeed. As a Full Stack IT Manager for Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing first- and second-level technical support for designated areas, primarily focused on supporting Opera PMS.

Estimated Salary Range: $34.56 - $54.53 per hour

Job Summary
This role contributes general knowledge and skills in technology to provide technical support, including break-fix repairs, installations, and maintenance of systems. The successful candidate will work within established guidelines to complete routine tasks, demonstrating knowledge of sophisticated technology equipment and processes as well as Marriott proprietary systems.

Responsibilities
- Assist third-party vendors with connectivity to hotel resources
- Communicate progress with third-party vendors and hotels
- Manage and document passwords related to Opera PMS
- Document processes as they evolve
- Escalate issues with Oracle and Shared Services teams as required
- Validate success of patching and upgrades
- Possess strong knowledge of Opera PMS (technical) and Windows Server OS
- Strong knowledge of VMware
- Perform other duties as assigned or required

Requirements
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years' experience in a similar Information Technology position
- Previous experience in Marriott IT preferred
- Previous experience supporting Opera PMS strongly preferred
- System-related professional certifications desired

Benefits
As a Full Stack IT Manager for Hospitality at Marriott International, you will receive a competitive salary range of $34.56 - $54.53 per hour. You will also be eligible for an annual bonus. Additionally, you will accrue 0.04616 PTO balance for every hour worked and be eligible to receive a minimum of 7 holidays annually.
