We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN PCU Full Time Days candidate to join our team at Carondelet St. Marys Hospital. As a critical care registered nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit, utilizing your expertise to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring seamless coordination with the healthcare team.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, guaranteeing a smooth transition to post-acute care.
- Provide high-quality patient education, empowering patients to take an active role in their healthcare.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, driving excellence in patient care and safety.
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.
