About the position:
Our practice offers in-office and 24/7 virtual care services, including on-site labs and programs for preventive care, chronic care management, common illnesses, and mental health. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will treat patients in-office or in testing centers, conduct occasional telehealth visits, and collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles and virtual clinical teams. You will also have opportunities to perform in-office procedures and supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
Requirements:
Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program, 2 years experience in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+), Board-certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, Connecticut Medical License or ability to obtain one, and proficiency in evidence-based primary care.
